Enter through the private alley garage, which has one small step and then single-level living. A street-level door on Lake Ave has a half flight of stairs. The building is locked and secure, and check-in is keyless with a code that's unique to your stay. Parking One mid-sized car fits in the heated garage, which is a real perk in a Duluth winter. Extra cars can use street parking (metered weekdays, free weekends) or the Tech Village Ramp across the street for $12/day.
